Bioethics and Political Philosophy: Nordic Perspectives
Call for Abstracts
Workshop on Autonomy, Stockholm University
May 16–18, 2019
Deadline: February 15, 2019
We invite abstract submissions from researchers working in Nordic countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland) on the theme of autonomy, broadly conceived. Submissions should have relevance to both bioethics and political philosophy. We especially welcome contributions from early career researchers (PhD students and recent graduates). We aim to have at least half of the presentations from early career researchers.
Your abstract should be no longer than 500 words, suitable for a 40-minute presentation. It should be prepared for anonymous review. The abstract should be in PDF format. In the accompanying email, please indicate your name, title, institutional affiliation, and contact details. Send your submissions to greg.bognar@philosophy.su.se. The deadline for submission is February 15, 2019.
We will cover travel and accommodation for all accepted speakers.
